| Wendy Stanbery is an incredible realtor. She spent several months looking for just the right house for us. We were on vacation when she found it and we trusted her with a sight unseen (by us) purchase. She checked out the house and helped us to negotiate a great deal. She was on the scene during the inspection period and followed up on a repair. She was also very tenuousness during the buying process. I would highly recommend her for both sides of any transaction buying or selling. She is courteous, well spoken and very professional. I will use her again on my next transaction.
